ABOUT

Superpositivity Exercise (also called The Happy Workout) is a simple yet powerful integration of all the major types of exercise for optimal physical wellbeing. Anyone anywhere can easily practise the Superpositivity Exercise program, even if one has zero experience of exercise. All one truly needs to embark on the road of Superpositivity Exercise is not knowledge, skill or resources but intent — the intent to become the highest and most complete version of oneself, without any excuse or limitation whatsoever.

Essentially, Superpositivity Exercise is not just a workout program but a philosophy —  or rather, it stems from the philosophy of Superpositivity, created by Vickrant Mahajan. Once we centre ourselves in the understanding and practise of this philosophy, then superhealthfulness would flow organically and manifest naturally in our life forevermore.

PRINCIPLE

Superpositivity Exercise is based on the belief that exercise is not meant to be a chore but a pleasure. In fact, not just health but happiness should be the natural outcome of exercise. That’s why Superpositivity Exercise is centred on the HAPPY Principle. The word HAPPY in this context is an acronym of 5 letters and each of those letters stands for an element of exercise. The video below outlines each of those elements one by one. Also, one can preview the principle here.
